Text messages from ListReady.
ListReady (operated by Landau Labs LLC) sends transactional text messages to the phone number you provide when you submit our request form. This page describes the program and shows the exact messages we send.
Program description
When you submit the request form at trylistready.com, you authorize ListReady to send you a one-time link to record a 30-second walkthrough of one room on your phone, and a follow-up notification when your AI-generated punch list is ready to view. We also send up to two reminders if you do not record your walkthrough.
Message frequency
Up to 4 messages per request: one recording link, two optional reminders (at roughly 24 and 72 hours if you have not uploaded a video), and one report-ready notification. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
Cost
ListReady does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any ListReady text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email mark@markgores.com.
Supported carriers
All major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional and MVNO carriers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and the consent record for this program are governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
